(4643 Mt)", in the Dhauladhar Himalayas, Himachal Pradesh

I understand that the nature of the tour is of adventure where
I will be staying in jungles and high altitude remote areas
in tents/ campsites. I am physically fit to undergo the rigours
of trekking. I have gone through the information circular
in detail and agree to abide by the instruction consent therein.
I have full faith in the organizers and understand that they
have vast experience in organizing the trek and have taken
full precautions & safety measures possible for this trek.
I will not hold Travel Solutions./ it's staff/ subordinates/
agents responsible in any way incase of any eventuality,
illness, accident, weather, political and other factors beyond
their control. I also agree to the cancellation policy and
terms & conditions as laid down by the organizers. I am
sending the payment of RS.

Cancellation of the Trip
1. Cancellation intimated more than 3 weeks before the departure
date: 10% of the package fee
2. Cancellation intimated 3 weeks before the departure date:
25% of the package fee
3. Cancellation intimated 14 - 20 days the departure date:
50% of the package fee
4. Cancellation intimated 8 - 13 days before the departure
date: 75% of the package fee
5. Cancellation intimated 7 days before the departure date:
No refund of the package fee
6. A full refund will be made if the Travel Solutions or its
Counter Handling Agents cancel a trip for whatsoever may be
the reason.
