DAY : 1 ARRIVE DELHI * ON TO SHIMLA (330 KMS / APPROX 8 HOURS DRIVE)
Welcome to your "Enchanting Himachal" Tour! On arrival at the Delhi airport or railway station (on your own) you will proceed by surface on a picturesque drive to Shimla. On arrival into Shimla, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the city.
DAY : 2 IN SHIMLA
This morning proceed for a wonderful excursion to Kufri and Chail. In Kufri enjoy a walk through thick cedar woods to Mahasu Peak for an amazing view the mighty Himalayas. Continue onwards to Chail and see the world's higest cricket and polo ground. Enjoy walking tour of The Mall in the evening. (B)
DAY : 3 ON TO MANALI (270 KMS / APPROX 8 HOUR DRIVE)
This morning you will proceed on breathtaking drive to Kullu Valley on the banks of the River Beas, to Manali. On arrival into Manali, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this picturesque city. (B)
DAY : 4 IN MANALI
Today's city tour takes you to the four and half century old Hadimba Devi Temple, the Tibetan Monastery, which houses several images of Lord Buddha, Tankha paintings and a handicraft center. The evening is free to stroll and shop at the Mall Road, the life centre of every hill-station. (B)
DAY : 5 IN MANALI - EXCURSION TO ROHTANG PASS / SNOW POINT
This morning proceed on an excursion to the Rohtang Pass, 51 kms from Manali, 3978 meters high, which for centuries was the gateway to the trading routes that led to Lahul and Spiti. Then return to your hotel. The evening is at leisure. If roads to Rohtang Pass are closed then visit Snow Point (ponies/horses can be hired directly). (B)
DAY : 6 On to Chandigarh (320 kms / approx 8 hour drive)
Today you will proceed to the well-planned city of Chandigarh for an overnight stay. (B)
DAY : 7 On to Delhi (255 kms / approx 6 hour drive) * Return home with happy memories
After breakfast Bid farewell to the garden city of Chandigarh as your "Exciting Himachal" Tour comes to an end with a journey back to Delhi. The tour ends with a drop to the Delhi railway station or Delhi airport. (B)

DAY : 1 Arrive Delhi * On to Corbett (270 Kms/ approx 7 hour drive)
Welcome to your "Heritage of Uttranchal" Tour! On arrival at Delhi airport or railway station (on own) you will proceed by surface to Corbett where you will stay for one night. Corbett, where Project Tiger was launched in 1973, is regarded as Indias finest national park and its major attractions are the Tiger, Indian Elephant and Leopard. (D)
DAY : 2 Drive to Nainital (60 Kms/ approx. 2 hour drive)
This morning visit the Corbett National Park and take a jeep safari, which is the best way to see the jungle and wildlife. In the afternoon you will be driven to Nainital where you will stay for three nights. Set around the 1.5 km long and 500m wide Naini Lake is the charming hill station of Nainital. In the evening take a stroll down the mall or take a boat ride across the lake (boat ride on direct payment basis). (B, L)
DAY : 3 In Nainital
This morning, enjoy an excursion to the lakes, which includes Sat Tal, the jade green Bhim Tal and Naukuchiya Tal. You will get an opportunity for some boating and paddling (boat rides on direct payment basis). The rest of the afternoon is free to explore Nainital. (B)
DAY : 4 In NAINITAL
After breakfast, enjoy local tour of Nainital. Visit Naina Devi Temple. We recommend a ropeway ride (gondola ride) to get the most spectacular snow peak view (Gondola ride on direct payment basis) . Rest of the day is free to explore this quaint hill station as you stroll down the Mall or enjoy a boat ride in Naini Lake (boat ride on direct payment basis). (B)
DAY : 5 On to Haridwar (272 Kms/ approx 7 hour drive)
Today, depart to the old city of Hridwar. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free or you could visit various Temples, Ashrams and Ghats in Haridwar on your own. (B)
DAY : 6 In Haridwar * Excursion to Rishikesh
Proceed on an excursion to Rishikesh. Visit Ganga Ghat, Laxman Zula-hanging bridge on the river Ganga, Aashrams. Return to Haridwar in the afternoon. We recommend you to reach in time on the ghat to witness Har-Ki-Pauri- aarti performed on the bank of Ganges. This is a splendid view spectacle as thousands of Diyas float on the river carrying with them people's hopes and aspirations. (B)
DAY : 7 On to Delhi (220Kms/ approx 5 hour drive)
Today bid farewell the land of Ganges as your "Heritage of Uttranchal" tour comes to an end with your journey back to Delhi. Transfer to airport /railway station for your onward journey. (B)

Set amidst picturesque settings, ascending the fort on a paved path, passing through five magnificent gates. (Elephant ride or Jeep ride upto the Fort on your own). En route enjoy a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) an elaborate pink sandstone facade. Later this afternoon, you will visit the City Palace, a spectacular synthesis of Rajput and Mughal architectural styles. DAY : 3 On to Bikaner (310 kms / approx. 7 hour)
Today enjoy a drive from the lush green Aravalli plains to the rugged desert city of Bikaner, where on arrival you will be checked into your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore it's bustling old markets. (B)
DAY : 4 In Bikaner * Visit Jungarh Fort * Optional excursion to Deshnoke
This morning, proceed on a visit to the historical symbol of the city, the magnificent Junagarh fort. Built of red sandstone, the fort boasts of some of the finest sandstone and marble carvings. Admire the skill of the craftsmen as you visit palaces and the halls of audience. Marvel Bikaner's art of miniature paintings as you visit the Hall of Audience decorated with breathtaking frescoes, gilded stucco mouldings and floral patterns. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on own or you drive to Deshnok to the famous Karni Mata Temple, the only temple in India where religious offerings are made to hordes of rats who roam freely within the inner sanctum. DAY : 5 On to Jaisalmer (335 kms / approx. 7 hour)
Today your journey continues into the heart of the Thar Desert, to the citadel of Jaisalmer, where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free. You could meander (on your own) through the old city admiring the colourful kiosks and intricate havelis. (B)
DAY : 6 Visit Jaisalmer Fort * Excursion to Sam (45 kms / approx. 1 hour)
This morning, visit the impregnable Jaisalmer Fort situated on top the Trikuta Hill, enclosed by 99 bastions. Stroll through the maze of narrow lanes dotted with ornately decorated havelis and exquisite Jain temples. Visit of Sand Dunes in the evening with Camel Ride. (B)
DAY : 7 On to Jodhpur (325 kms / approx. 7 hour)
Today your journey continues from the desert city of Jaisalmer to the Marwar capital city of Jodhpur, sprawled around the impressive cliff top Meherangarh Fort. On arrival in Jodhpur, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is free to explore the textile and antique markets on your own. (B)
DAY : 8 In Jodhpur * Visit Meherangarh Fort
This morning visit the imposing Meherangarh Fort. Explore the various museums which house the finest artifacts of the Royal family of Jodhpur. From the fort, continue on a walking tour through the residential section of the old blue town, completing the tour in the Clock Tower market. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. (B)
